Excellent service. Jeremy and his team have been excellent at dealing with our re-mortgage application. There was the added difficulty of dealing with Help to Buy redemption, and they really did a great job. I got a very good deal and everything worked as planned. I would highly recommend their services.

Mr Morcumb is very knowledgeable about mortgages and navigating best rates, as well as being someone who understands the pros and cons of choosing different lenders, based on my individual circumstances. He arranged my mortgage a decade ago, and I was delighted that even with no contact since then, he considered me a 'returning' customer, which means that I benefit from his wisdom without being charged for the advice or mortgage arrangement - very much appreciated in the current economic climate. Also, as someone who does not live in Swindon, it is helpful that he also offers both in person and remote appointments, as well as Saturday availability for those who cannot make time in the working week. Easy local parking & helpful receptionist.
