Rob Stevenson the Spares Manager was amazing and so helpful today Ive been trying to get a new clock for weeks for my Ideal Logic 35 without luck. Previously been told it was not available! Rob not only checked everything to make sure I had the right code, but even rang Ideal for me to ensure everything was correct. I had a call back from him within ten minutes with everything required to order my new clock. he even sent me the link so I could order direct or said he would help me if I had any trouble . Amazing service and so helpful highly recommended! Thank you once again! Anne

Went to City Plumbing to look at bathrooms. Steve was brilliant, listened to our ideas and produced a 360% simulation and coped with all the changes and tweaks before delivering on time. Fantastic service!

I was served by Oz who was incredibly helpful and attentive and even went to his car to get me a pencil coz they didn't sell any.

This branch of City Plumbing Supplies have been looking after me and my business now for a good few years. Every staff member has helped me in one way or another. I usually deal with Rob who works on the spares desk. Rob is brilliant and does absolutely everything he can to help me and my customers get the spares and boilers when we need them. His knowledge is great and you always know that when he says it can get it, he always will. Its hard to go anywhere else. Great branch and great staff.
