South West Krav Maga - Swindon

There are many words to describe my experience here at South West Krav Maga, I knew I would enjoy every minute of time and efforts I drive in to learning Krav Maga, After the first week i was hooked 3years later and I'm still enjoying every session as much as the first . I highly recommend South West Krav Maga if you lack self confidence in you abilities to defend yourself. We train in a system where beginners and advanced students gain from every session (Saturdays are the ones if you want put wat you've learn't in the week to the test)

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to gain skills and confidence in self defence. Kennie is by far the best instructor you can ever ask for when it comes to no bs, straight to the point practical training. Anyone serious about improving themselves will find more than they're looking for here. I wish I had joined sooner.

Kennie is a Top instructor, definitely knows his stuff. He teaches no nonsense techniques for the real world in a good atmosphere with a great bunch of folks. Wish I started sooner, Just bring a towel and plenty of water!

I've been going to krav maga for about 2 months now and it has been amazing. A constant learning experience which is very interesting. It is a very good work out (why I joined) and you get to learn a fantastic method of real world self defense from a very knowledgeable and experienced black belt instructor. Kennie is a fountain of knowledge and it's awesome to be able to learn from him. I was also new to the area and have anxiety issues so not only does this help with my mental health but I've also met a great bunch of people who have made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Thank you to Kennie and the whole SWKM family!
