Warm, professional counselor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Fantastic new office space post COVID. Such a relief to have a counselor experienced with complex trauma. Exciting that EMDR will also feature. Thank you for offering such a valuable service!

Was looking to set up a 20 min call with Gilly, she casually notified that she would give a call at 1.30pm onwards (not officially booked) and will she agreed check in to see if I am still available at that time. Things propped up for myself, she texted to see whether I would be still available at that time, unfortunately I was not. I've asked to reschedule the free 20 min call, apparently this would now be made chargeable. Which I was not made aware of beforehand. Quite unfair and inflexible for her to charge me for a 20 min call to see whether if this therapy is the right fit when there was no hard booking made. If she wants to be strict with her time as she quotes "as per the terms of my website" then maybe be strict with the hard booking timings and cut the casual tone and lay out the consequences of it being made chargeable if you miss it. It sets expectations straight. Since I had no idea that if I miss the free 20 min call it would then be made chargeable if rescheduled. Also ridiculous to charge for a 20 min call since all it is greeting each other and see what they can offer you. there is no real service provided for the 20 min call?
