can not recommend this company enough. Sold my mothers bungalow quickly- but then got stuck with 19weeks of delays. Everyone was kept updated by the team who have been brilliant, organising and patient when I was quite overwhelmed.

We used Charles Harding's North Swindon branch twice whilst living in Swindon, most recently a couple of months ago to sell our property and relocate home to Derbyshire, a long-held dream since moving to Wiltshire for work a decade before. Throughout what was a particularly difficult purchase on our end, staff at the office (in particular Christy Farr) worked tirelessly in keeping our (lovely) buyers informed, updated and interested during a process that took 6 months and included many ups and downs. As a result, I am delighted to say that we were able to secure a sale with a chain free buyer for a good price and move into the house of our dreams in an area we love. Selling a house in this market is not the hardest part (though the quality of buyers was high) the hardest and most important part to my mind, is keeping the buyer engaged so as not to lose a sale, as too many can fall through. There are certainly some agents who give up after an offer has been successful, but not so this company. The deal isn't done until money has been transferred, and the tenacity of Christy (and I am sure others) at this branch helps put a seller's mind at rest during what can easily be an incredibly stressful process.
