It was 2nd garage I went to see for a quote.
I told them how much 1st garage quoted me so they undercut and quoted me 60 cheaper than 1st one and they said if we take more than 3 days you receive replacement van.
It took them 5 days to repair and end bill was a third more than original quote they gave me . Replacement Van nowhere in sight.
They discovered some damage underneath bumper which they didn't even repair or asked if we repair it.
So in addition of getting a quote from a receptionist that it I was told should not give quotes in first place and inflating price of repair without telling the person that is paying the bill they actually did not fix everything what I went to them for in first place.
So now I am left with another bill for going to another garage and ask them to fix what Silva Rothers Autos left.
In addition to that before I got the bill they said my computer on van needs to be reset so I should come next day when they will get equipment to reset it. When I came they said they don't reset vans and that is something that needs to be arranged elsewhere.
So why tell me to come and that it will take 30 min in first place?
Unprofessional and not serious business. My recommendation?
Avoid go anywhere else. It will be faster and cheaper and they will most likely stick to their word. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
