I highly recommend! They are moving fast , I buy a property with them in chain with 4 houses and I take the keys in less then 3 months !

This was the first time we had used an Estate Agent and I have to say that the quality of service and advice we received from both Richard James offices we dealt with just blew me away. So professional and knowledgeable, but also patient and supportive when things get tricky. Jasmin was our main Old Town contact and she was fantastic, always willing to help and guide and helped us find the right buyer rather than just a buyer. And when Jas fell foul of measles for a week, the whole team at Richard James just clicked into a very impressive team-mode and made it happen. I cant remember everyone involved but I know Jack, Alex and Megan were all immense. And as for Hayley, our Sales Progressor, just amazing, especially if things get tricky or stressful.

Thank you to the Old Town office the professionalism, knowledge base and going the extra mile that Charlie Berry of the Old Town Office Swindon in dealing with the reselling of my property after the original buyers withdrew. Charlie demonstrated her professionalism and skills in dealing with multiple parties in getting the sale of my property back on course and at the same time keeping me informed of the progress within a very short time frame. Which will enabled us to proceed with the purchase of the original property. I would like to also express my gratitude to Alex Hudson who initiated the sale of my property in the first instance he demonstrated the same qualities in informing us of the process and spent particular attention to my wife who was very apprehensive of the selling of the property process. I would also like to express my gratitude to Cathy Brackley who had the unfortunate job of delivering the bad news of the buyer dropping out, Cathy also demonstrated high professionalism and a sympathetic ear to my frustrations and reassured me that the Old Town office will work hard to get a new buyer for our property. Thanks to Emma at the West Swindon for her in dealing with us unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with a particular property but she demonstrated great professionalism and patience during the process.
