Right at Home Swindon

I've worked for Right at Home for nearly two years now. I feel very supported by the company and love the variety of the job. It's wonderful being able to make a difference to people's lives.

I only worked for rightathome for a short time but wanted to say how amazing the team was. I found caring was very emotional and I was going home thinking about all the clients. The carers were so amazing and always went over and above on every call. They made sure each client was treated individually and always helped to keep them well and cared for in their own homes. A brilliant team with a good ethos and a strong management structure. I felt it was the right company but I wasn't strong enough to deliver the long term emotional strength and service to the Company. A big shout out to Amy and the training team I think you do a fab job. Thank you for the opportunity and carry on being brilliant I was very impressed.

I have worked for right at home for over 2 years now and am completing a qualification in Health and social care which is funded by the company. I started as a caregiver and have been promoted, now a team leader. I enjoy my role and Right at Home Swindon have made me feel like part of a team since day one. We receive love2shop vouchers as well as our hourly pay when we work outside of our availability. We have great clients and i never feel i am rushing to complete visits.

I have worked at Right at Home for a year. The training provided is excellent and on going. The office staff are very supportive and the door is always open. Our clients are lovely and we are never rushed at our calls. I would highly recommend them to any one wanting to do a job in care or families who are looking for a care provider.

I have worked at right at home for nearly a year. This is the first job i have had in 16 years due to caring for my own children, they have been so welcoming and helpful, Absolutely love the job, the clients and other staff members are amazing, the support you receive is amazing. The training is informative, and very helpful. The additional bonus you can get ie love to shop vouchers, discounts in stores/ and online , recommend a friend, are very good. I would highly recommend this company.
