    Can't recommend this company enough for all that they have done for us, we are first time buyers for our caravan, so we were unsure what we needed altogether to start off our caravan journey. Any questions we asked they were able to answer and give us lots of advice too. We have bought quite a bit from here as their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this company to everyone. If you need something for your caravan, this is the place to go. Thank you for all you help you won't see the last of us now

    Made a purchase via ebay with an advertised 2 day delivery. After *8* days it still was not delivered and they could not tell me where it was. Whenever I messaged, the standard reply is "Please do not reply to this message". I subsequently obtained a refund, but I have just tried to place another order again and they have banned ME for them failing to deliver my order and are not replying to my messages. Just be aware that if something does go wrong with an order, that they are not interested in rectifying it at all. Edit to say: Everyone makes mistakes and it is how you make it right that shows good customer service. Ignoring messages and not making an attempt to put it right tells it's own story. I thought I would give you another chance, but clearly you aren't interested?
