Full 5 stars from me! Julien was fantastic. Extremely helpful with great advice at every turn. Buying my property and getting a mortgage was far from simple at the time but Julien made this process as easy as possible with his advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he always took the time to answer any questions I had in detail. Even when he was on leave during this time he made sure things were sorted for me through other members of his team. Everything was dealt with promptly which helped so much. He also helped me to secure a great mortgage at the time which was difficult to get and much better than other offers I was shown by other mortgage advisors before Julien was recommended. Julien has been FANTASTIC from start to finish. As a first time buyer I often had millions of questions, concern and was often confused at times of which Julien was always helpful to explain the mortgage aspects and house viewing process in detail as well as advise on what's best in relation to my need in supportive way. I can honestly say his efforts with dealing with my mortgage was exceptional as the communication and managing the progress of my application was consistent. I cant recommend him enough!

In a pretty complicated situation, Julien found just the right mortgage to finance the buying of my first home. He was always speedy with communication and really happy to give advice. I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening and what was needed to keep things moving. When my first mortgage offer fell through, he picked up the pieces and found an alternative really quickly. He's incredibly generous with his time and expertise. Very highly recommended.

Julien Barber worked as our mortgage advisor and was astonishingly dedicated and committed in getting us a hard fought for mortgage. He was fantastically good humoured throughout, extremely patient and it got to the point that we felt we had a true friend backing us up through a difficult process.
