We found everyone at BASCS to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the large selection of stock in the showroom. Ian was extremely patient with us when we were choosing all the items for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom - he was particularly helpful in finding an arrangement that would get the best of the limited space we had available. We are delighted with the quality of everything we bought and would highly recommend BASCS.

Have been here twice, first for our ensuite which turned out brilliantly and recently for the updating of the family bathroom. Now it's finished it's absolutely lovely, the products and materials chosen, the way it's all fitted together have made us very happy. Gary Smith, our bathroom fitter, was once again brilliant at making the room feel so much different. Highly recommend the service from BASCS.

James and the team could not have been more helpful during the refit of our en-suite, from original discussions, item selection, design, and staged delivery, nothing was too much trouble. I loved the idea of a one stop shop, they supplied everything I needed Many thanks One to the next one..

Went to a number of different places to seek out a new en suite and finally settled here due to the quality of products in the showroom. James was helpful throughout the process and, although there were a few issues that meant getting replacement parts, the whole process from initial visit to completion was still done a lot quicker than we expected. The quality is first-rate but our new shower and surround, in particular, is a pleasure to use and it's good to have some much-needed storage in that room. Hats off to Pete Coe (plumber) for project-managing the whole thing and Mick Warwick (sparky) for the laughs.
