        Jack has been a really understanding personal trainer. I am not a natural gym goer, so Jack has broken down the exercises clearly and built my tolerance to lifting weights up slowly. I highly recommend his personal training services. If you're looking for a Swindon based person trainer, he's your man.

        I cant recommend Jack highly enough! From the very first moment I stepped foot into Buzz Gym he made me feel at ease! Jack took his time to get to know me/what goals I wanted to achieve and then created a personalised plan that works for me and more importantly something that I would actually stick too whilst maintaining a healthy balance. If it wasnt for Jacks coaching and support programme I wouldnt be half as confident in the gym as I am now. You can definitely see why so many people succeed and hit their goals through his coaching.
