    I would never recommend this company. I am a landlord of the HMO property where 6 tenants live. The boiler stopped heating the water and the heating as the pressure kept going up to 3. We tried various ways but no way it would do anything so we decided to just switch it off. So the tenants are with no hot water and the heating in month November. i called the number on MPS Heating website and explained it all, the man on the phone said he is having a haircut done and that he would call back later. Few hours later no one calls back so I wrote a text message and again no one calls back. I had to then start calling other engineers in the area. As you can see, this company does not care about you and your family or tenants if the boiler is at fault there is no way they would be prepared to respond to the emergency or at least to call back and say they cannot help. That shows how unprofessional and unresponsive they are. Ignore them, just call others

    Boiler Service -12 Nov 2020. Matt was very professional, on time and carried out an excellent quality service. Price was very competitive and would highly recommend his services. As an aside Matt took time out to answer a query we had regarding moving a radiator; he gave sound advice - in essence the radiator was in the best place and not to waste money. Highly recommended :)
