SFS Therapy (Swindon Feelgood Solutions Therapy)

Me and my husband went to Sue to stop smoking. I had hypnotherapy and my husband had different type of therapy. 2 months later we are still content non smokers with no cravings and living a much healthier life.

I have had problems all my life with confidence and the ability to communicate. It has held me back especially in my career. I went to Sue specifically to overcome my fear of interviews as I was having interview after interview with no success. I found Sue to be very professional and honest, I explained my problems to her and she gave me options for therapy with no obligations. I had two sessions with her before I had an interview, she got straight to the root of my problems and through a mix of talking, advice and hypnotherapy she put me in a much better place. I was not perfect in the interview but I was offered the Job, which I am extremely please about. But to be honest, if I had not got the job I would not have been disappointed, the therapy has helped me address the issues that were making me look for another job in the first place. If you are thinking about therapy all I can say from my experience is therapy with sue is excellent value for money and was well worth the investment in myself.
