I was in desperate need of a new battery for my mk1 ford kuga, came across these while searching for batteries online near me in Swindon. Went on their website and found the battery I needed, so decided to call them to find out if it was in stock and if I could pickup immediately, after some excellent customer service and expert information from a bloke on the phone I went and collected my new battery, which was cheaper if you call them instead of purchasing through their website. Would most definitely recommend.

We were looking to upgrade our AGM leisure batteries to Lithium so whilst at the NEC show this month we had a look at 3 or 4 exhibitor's stands. All were good and were prepared to show us their best batteries with "The bigger the better" sales pitch but then we found BBL batteries and we were immediately impressed by the chap who introduced himself as David Hill, Group sales manager. David listened to our requirements, van lifers, off grid 90%, no inverter, 200 watt solar, Victron controller etc. and recommended the Avon Lithium LIFEP04 100Ah bluetooth battery. He spent more time with us explaining the technical stuff and answering our questions than we felt comfortable with at the other stands and he offered us a great 'Show price' and made it very easy to decide that this was the company that we wanted to do business with. We paid for the battery and it was delivered the next day free P&P. Every phone call to the company was answered by respectful and helpful staff. Five stars isn't enough for BBL. Thank you guys.
