Pizza 2 Night

I made a order over 50pounds worth on the app put in my details and where I wanted to pick the pizzas up from and went and payed by card after paying and checking out the app went and sent my order to London I'm hours away from there i put in what store i wanted to pick it up from I rang the store within to seconds after and said I put in where I wanted to collet the pizzas and some reason it gave me a place hours away he said we already made the pizzas so not my problem I said I need a refund as it would cost me more to pick it up and I never asked to collet from there he said no refund are you kidding me over 50pounds on pizzas for them to say they will not give a refund this place is a joke will never be buying from this place again I was left out of pocket and was unable to pick the pizzas up this place is a joke

Pizza was late being delivered, the prawns had freezer burn on them, won't be using them again.
