A wonderfully clean, airy and fresh building with very polite staff. I was treated with respect and care throughout my appointment. I had every procedure explained to me in great detail. I was given the opportunity to ask about anything I needed to. Overall, a pleasant and caring experience . Thank you to everyone involved in my care today.

Always fantastic service here. Very friendly staff, who look after you. Have been going to newmedica for a few yrs now for my eye care, have never had any problems.

I have had to attend the Swindon Eye Clinic twice in the last couple of months and I have found the staff to be very professional, informative and very pleasant with a great sense of humour. Keep up the good work

I needed laser surgery after a cataract removal. GWH didn't have any appointments so I booked with Newmedica and was amazed at the choice of appointments available. The staff at Newmedica were so kind and reassuring and incredibly efficient. I was seen, treated and out in under an hour and my vision was instantly restored! Truly amazing. Thank you so much.
