        Went in for an upgrade. Customer advisor was very welcoming. Explained everything to me. I left the store with a new(well upgraded) phone.

        Utterly abysmal service from 3 at their Swindon store with an I phone 11 bought via them that suddenly went dead under warranty. They refused to deal with it and said we would have to take it back to Apple. Hugely inconvenient but they didn't want to know. Isn't it different when they're trying to sell you one. saying how great they are? - My only advice is - DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY OR SHOP!
