Booked and paid for service and MOT offer online easily.Turned up and was booked in smoothly. They phoned when ready. Explained the MOT advisories and away I went. Very efficient. Great value. Only niggle, the display has changed and I need to set it back.

Absolutely horrible experience, zero customer service, booking for MOT made online only to lose our time to go there, took them more than half an hour to realize they are not equipped to test that specific car. Also, while trying to speak to their customer service agents, they hang up as they could not be bothered to listen.

Absolute waste of time, booked an MOT online, brought the van and they told me they aren't allowed to test my van. Lost 40 and a day of work for these jokers. Why take bookings if you aren't allowed to do something. Disgusting attitude and waste of money!! Shame on you!

Used this place for tyres, services & mot for the last 3yrs, they've been good previously, however.... I was just abouts to book 4 new tyres online which could be delivered & fitted on Friday, then noticed a price match promise so found out that kwik fit do 15% off 4 tyres. I then phoned f1 and when I mentioned price match the phone hung up, so benefit of the doubt I rang back and this guy had no idea who I'd spoken to 30 seconds before this call and again when mentioned price match he said they don't have any stock and can't order my tyre. So that's them now lost my services, tyres & MOT's and also from the 4 friends I've recommended that now used this place. Price match my arse.
