ATS Euromaster Swindon Comp

Very unimpressed with the lack of dedication and professionalism of this place. I booked 4 tyres online and the earliest slot I was given was a week later. Appointment was at 11AM, I arrived at 10:50 and they only started to work on my car at 11:15. Having swapped tyres before, I know this takes approximately 30 minutes, but this time the job wasn't completed for more than 45 minutes I could clearly see their stuff dragging their feet and chatting away, so the inefficiency is definitely due to lack of urgency and them spending more time looking at their phone than working. Very disappointing experience, I definitely don't recommend this place.

Awful place. And for some reason woman refused to want to give me my test certificate when done. Had to take it from their hand. Not sure what was going on there, but kinda speaks to the atmosphere of the place

Excellent service and very competitive pricing too. I'll be going back for my tyres and servicing when they are able to handle EVs (planned soon apparently). I took our Leaf there for a brake fluid change (recommended by the Nissan garage) but a quick check of the brake fluid by the team here proved it was absolutely fine, and avoided an unnecessary charge - very honest. Thanks
