An extremely informative , friendly and supportive lady (Charlotte) at the West Swindon Haart office. Without this ladys support, I would have dropped the idea of moving completely. Charlottes knowledge of this very stressful and often frustrating event, patiently talking us through the process which we knew nothing about, from viewings, negotiations and sales. She was there when a sale fell through, and often checked in with us until we sold. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte. Thank you!! Adding to this review as yet another sale fell through and we reached out to Haart again. And again Charlotte at the Swindon office immediately (same day I called her) came to our rescue, once again suggesting ways in which to resell. As prices had dropped, we had no option but to drop our price, however after many views and offers, we have once again sold. This was all within a month of signing with this team. Id like to offer also a huge thank you to Nicole, another friendly hardworking member also from the Swindon team who patiently organised all our viewings, arriving on time to meet the prospective buyers and making lots of helpful suggestions to help sell our property. Nicole went to a lot of effort organising the viewing times so that we were not at great inconvenience, one day alone had nearly 4 hours of viewings. Nicole always answered text messages and emails from both myself and my partner. Feedback was always promptly provided and through this sheer hard work, has sold our house within the month.
