Richard progressed my pension for me. I didn't make it easy for Richard, their was nine different pension pots, five different companies involved and Covid to deal with. Then my instructions of go with my pension, then stop my pension and finally go with my pension. Richard asked me to explain my requirements, then took me through the process. Legally, I had to employ a FA to withdraw funds from my Pension. Shopped around and Crowood were by far the most competitively priced. Turns out I was a little hasty in what I wanted and they managed to save me 13K in tax, so a big thank you for that. They were very professional and always gave me the impression of being highly impartial, something that is very important when using a Financial Adviser for the first time. Definitely would recommend.
