        Bought a bathroom and had it installed through Bascs around 13 years ago. Had some minor parts failures recently, Sam and Ian were incrediblly helpful in locating suitable replacements. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

        I have just had a new washing machine delivered after only ordering late last Saturday afternoon. The service, delivery and installation I have received was amazing. They went above and beyond in clearing up a leak behind my old machine and the demonstration of the new machine was simple enough for even me to understand. I will not be shopping anywhere else for goods that Basics sell. Their price was better than the big stores too. Thank you, you have made me very happy. I will share your name with all my friends.

        What a fantastic company. We are based in London and we ordered a dishwasher from Basics for a demanding company based in Swindon. There was an issue with the dishwasher after a week and Basics came and sorted it out it out very quickly. My customer said they were happy with Basics, for them to say that, means Basics must have done a very good job. Thanks
