What an incredible company! Not a straightforward task building a TV medial wall & log burner with no existing chimney, & little outside access however Luke made a plan to go through the bedroom & roof. Love the positivity of this company to make things happen. The friendly, helpful showroom girls were really efficient at keeping in touch and Ryan was fantastic at planning & completing all the electrical & media tasks. Tom & his team were so polite, professional, clean & tidy, ensuring everything was tidied & mopped at the end of the job. Ensuring I was happy at every stage was hugely important & customer service overall was outstanding. The job was more complex than initially realised, however these guys remained cheerful, helpful & accommodating throughout. I have been so impressed & booked again for another job next year. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wood burning stove. A huge thank you to an amazing team.

I did a significant amount of research online before choosing several companies to approach in person. We visited several show rooms where we were able receive advice and information. From our first contact, initially with administrative staff and later with installation teams, this company was head and shoulders above the rest. Their attention to detail, fast and clear response to communication, professional approach to preparation and installation of the stove was faultless. The care taken over protecting our furnishings from dust etc was exceptional. The wood burner is working efficiently and we are so pleased we listened to this company's advice regarding stove size. They didn't over sell. We'd been advised by other companies to buy larger and more expensive stoves. These clearly would have been too large, emitting too much heat. Despite our room being relatively large we are truly cosy and soften have the lounge door open to take the chill off the the rest of the house. We very rarely write reviews and consider it important to reflect both sides of the experience the pros and the cons. So the cons..........the trouble is we genuinely can't find any. We recognise there are currently long lead times for installation but this company is worth waiting for. To the administrative staff Maria, Lisa and Naomi to the preparation and installation teams Luke, Ryan, Tom and Ian thank you for a stellar service, your personal and professional integrity from start to finish. We can't recommend this company highly enough.
