I have just been into this particular shop, there were 3 members of staff in there, 2 were having a chat, the other just stood there. Not one member of staff spoke to me, not even a good morning, or can I help you. Consequently I walked out without a purchase. Body shop used to be so friendly and helpful, it appears that is not the case anymore. So I will now spend my money elsewhere.
