Great shop. I often buy items from here knowing that my money is also helping to support the Prospect Cancer Hospital in Wroughton. Friendly & helpful staff in this shop and it is all manned by volunteers, except the shop manager.

Honestly, I've been left upset by my visit yesterday. I go here every week and everyone has always been friendly. Took my boys inside and yeah they are typical noisy little ones and were playing with the toys. Could hear the workers, all old, sighing at them. A little bit of tutting. Still I ignored it. Till one of them, an old lady with short hair told my son off and told him to pick up the toy from the floor and to put it back. Right in front of me. Till I pointed out to her that the toy he was playing with was actually HIS toy. She didn't even apologise to me for HER mistake. I still purchased an item but I almost didn't because of this service. Toys are to be played with even though in this instance it was his own toy... Not a great experience by the staff that were in on Monday evening on the 12th of August. Like I said, I've been in before and haven't received bad service before but I also have never seen this lady before. Very rude.
