Great customer service from the gentleman in the shop on Saturday morning, ensuring that my shopping experience was as productive as possible by providing me the correct sizes for the jeans and shirts I wanted. Saved me loads of time and the clothing itself was pretty much exactly what I wanted both in terms of style and fit.
