5 star service from the time we entered the shop to the carpets being fitted. We wanted a very soft carpet in the bedrooms, the stairs and landing, the sales team were honest about the product we were looking to order and advised against the softer carpet on the stairs, as this would be a high traffic area and a potential slip risk. The carpet on the stairs is very very similar to the one we originally wanted and actually a bit cheaper. A level of service not offered by the bigger name brand shops. The carpet was MUCH cheaper than the larger branded shops on the highstreet. I have used the company twice and both times the fitters arrived promptly, with all their own kit (including vacuums). They were quiet and worked incredibly fast. Thanks again for a 5 star service.

Ordered two different types of carpet from this place for new build paid up front . Week before fitting told that one carpet would not be ready so had to choose another one , the replacement carpet for a bedroom was not cheap but unfortunately in no time at all the carpet looked like it had been rolled out on the m4 for a year , and this particular room gets little traffic. I have to question if you get what you actually purchase.
