        Had the worst experience ever with the security guard standing outside the store. My partner was inside the store and I needed my phone. The security guard wouldnt let me go in to get my phone and wanted me to line up which is fair enough. So I shouted for my partner to give it to me near the entrance. My partner stepped out to pass me my phone and the security guard steps in and tells my partner to line up again?! (Keep in mind there was only one couple in the queue, it wasnt crazy packed or anything). He called us idiots when we explained that he just came to give me my phone as I wasnt allowed in. Very rude member of staff - said he worked for Lodge Security. He spoiled our experience for the whole day, and we usually love to shop at Tommy Hilfiger. Shocked. 28/12/2021 between 16:15-16:30. I hope he gets this feedback. Thanks.
