Went in looking for a new bed and mattress, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and had excellent knowledge of all the different ranges of beds and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I highly recommend the mlily beta mattress and ottoman base as it has so much storage. Best nights sleep Ive had in a long time

From the moment we entered Somerset Beds, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by all members of staff. Iwona explained each bed/ mattress in so much depth that she made me and my daughter want to buy our new beds and mattresses that very day to which they were all very surprised and grateful with! She was not a pushy saleswomen, she had a great sense of humour which made our experience that little bit more enjoyable and was an extremely friendly and approachable lady. When our new beds and mattresses arrived 3 weeks later, the delivery was incredibly smooth and to our satisfaction. The two men that brought the beds into the house were super efficient, with no bumps to any piece of furniture or hits to the walls. The assembling of the beds were prompt and professionally done. The two men were also very friendly and had a great sense of humour too! I would highly recommend buying your new bed/ mattress from this small independent company as they really do treat you with great respect, through putting customers needs first.
