Didnt deliver, kept phoning but they didnt answer, waited two hours and ended up going there to get a refund. Poor customer service and worse delivery. Wont use again!

So disappointed ordered food from here, the wrong order arrived which is fine mistakes happen however phoned the restaurant 7 times and got no answer.

I absolutely adore the food at Burger Now but am so disappointed they got rid of my favourites - The blues burger, mushroom fries and hotdog fries. I dont really like anything else on the menu which puts me off ordering now. The 3 stars are for the customer service/delivery. Ive messaged Burger Now several times on their Instagram page with no response in regards to said items being removed from the menu (they post stories and posts but cant get back to their customers) and have used their online chat service, only to be told the person replying isnt in store and I should call the store which can be difficult to get through to. Whats the point in that? However, the thing that annoys me the most is they never read the delivery instructions, even though they give you the option to put them!! Its the same on Just Eat. I purposely put my next door neighbours house number as if you search mine a Satnav will take you the wrong end of my street and that alone causes problems in itself. So many times, if not all the time, Ive had them go next door. I asked one girl if shed read the instructions and she said its says number 12. I said to her to read the rest of the delivery instructions too and then maybe we wouldnt be having this conversation!! Ive even called the store, on top of leaving instructions, to definitely make sure the store staff will inform the driver but still they either go the wrong way (when Ive entered my own house number) or go next door. Is it so hard to read instructions and/or pass a message on? I wish you guys would take this on board and also bring back my favourites! The food is amazing, as Ive said, and Ill happily pay the extra bit of money for the quality. Yes, its a tad pricey but worth it.
