Ordered via Deliveroo and did not receive order. Spent 2hrs waiting for food to never arrive and unsure if I will be issued a refund. Tried calling the restaurant 3 times before going to customer service and got no reply. Voice mail was apparently for Street Grill, which is not the name of the restaurant I ordered from, but Deliveroo says thats the phone number of Casa Del Burger. Wont order from again. Food could be good but never received it so 1/5.

Also know as street grill, I ordered from this place last night on just eat I called up when my food was 40 minutes late the man that answered the phone customer service was disgusting he told me the food was still there and no driver had come to collect it so the food is no good and we cant have it. No sorry or we can get fresh food to you. He was also very rude and put the phone down me never have i ever had service this bad terrible they don't have a few teething problems they just have bad service and are horrible to there customers when they get under pressure. Street food more like street attitude !!!
