thank you all for your helpfulness and excellent service. The office staff were really patient with emails going back and forth to get the design and wording that all my young ones were happy with. Our memorial is beautiful and was installed well ahead of the timescale I was thinking of. Mark was particularly helpful when it proved a challenge to locate the grave plot in Christ Church, even going back an extra time when the sexton had provided a marker to check where it was in case the marker got removed or blew away before the installation could happen. I am really impressed with the quality of our memorial and your professional workmanship. I will be in touch next year about some renovation work on my parents memorial at Whitworth Road Cemetery, and wont hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is looking for a memorial mason.

Highly recommend Bartlett Brothers! Mark and his colleague were so friendly, they helped us out by cutting some stones down for us to finish a small garden project as we did not have the correct machinery to do it. They came out to collect the stones and even dropped them back off the same day - nothing was too much trouble! It was so nice to find such genuine people who just wanted to help out and provide a great service! Thank you!

From the initial visit to the showroom, through to the eventual installation of my mothers memorial, the service from Bartlett Brothers was outstanding as always. Mark in the workshop took time to ensure that he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve for this highly personal tribute and he and his colleague then spent many hours creating, adapting and fine-tuning the memorial until perfection was reached. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was maintained throughout the process. Bartlett Brothers demonstrate customer service of the highest standard, which is why their reputation precedes them. Our family has turned to them in difficult times for many years and we wouldnt use anyone else, thank you so much.
