        Great martial arts club, made me feel welcome from the get go and the training is high quality and effective

        Great place, friendly atmosphere. Here I can learn with baby steps, I can concentrate to the techniques, I don't have to concentrate to survival. I have tried an other school, where heavy sparring was daily. I couldn't learn too much there, but I get injured quite often! Here, you safe! Of course martial arts are dangerous, accidents happen, but I can't imagine a safer environment to learn them. Gym is not required, but honestly you should do some, if you want to become a badass warrior! ;)
