Yet again my daughters/grandchildren have not received their child maintenance from this company. Its difficult enough to afford to live but when somebody like my daughter who is unable to work after an accident and suffered brain injury, she needs her child maintenance for her two young children.
Last time this company spoke direct to the child maintenance, but this time Im being told theyve done their bit.
Ive even sent a copy of a letter to them stating nothing has been received from the company. Ownership is what they should be doing. Well, I hope you HR have a great weekend, but please spare a thought for my daughter who cannot afford to buy the children dinners etc.
