Absolutely outstanding service.. Came out at a moments notice to sort a front door that was on its last legs. Needed a new handle and wanted a different colour, he then changed the letter box for free, then even went and bought a new knocker and came back to fit it and wouldnt take a penny. Really lovely chap and actually lives in Swindon rather than all these big national firms made to look local. Would highly recommend Malcom to anyone needing help from a locksmith. Genuine, honest and very experienced. Thank you

Marcus did an absolutely amazing job for us, not only did he change our front door lock (which had gone) but he also noticed that the door was out of line and so adjusted our hinges free of charge. On top of that, he was able to spot a problem with the inner door next to our front door and so in mega speed fixed that free of charge as well. Its rare to find someone so professional, as well as kind, who also knows what theyre doing. I also had a very tired toddler, and even though she was being a little trying Marcus was very patient and took the time to show me how to use my new keys and lock. He even had the tech to take card payments! Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends. Thank you Marcus.
