        The lady was not helpfull. She looks like doesnt want work there. if she has psychological problems you should work there. you can't treat the customer badly

        Been there to day for a battery change. The service was excellent. I have an old watch and Jack (who served me) took all the time to sort it out.

        The only time I used timpsons was possible early 2022. I needed a couple of keys cut, did them for just over 12.00 keys were ok.

        I had around 8 attempts over the last 6 years to make a key using different key making service providers and none of them worked.. I was about to give up when I thought I give it one last try whilst shopping in Brunel. The gentleman working on 12.06.22 is an absolute LEGEND! Not only did he make me a key that worked, the customer service skill was at its BEST. THANK YOU. The next day we had another key made and it also worked. We are over the moon. Recommend to everyone to get your things sorted at this branch whilst they have a priffessional like him.
