        I used ESS on Saturday morning as I was unable to operate my UpVC door lock and they were brilliant. Ive not used them for over 20 years but the same quality service and expertise I recall from then still applies now. Wayne and Corey were very quickly in the scene, diagnosed the problem and returned with the door locking apparatus mended and reinstalled very quickly. From reporting the problem in person at their Elgin Industrial Estate I returned to my home and they were there in 1/2 an hour, and the door was fixed within a couple of hours. Excellent work, friendly people at the office too and for a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work ESS. You were Essellent
