All I can say is a huge Thank You to Peter. He went out of his way to help us out with some lock changes in a property that we were moving into. These were slightly different than what we had thought at the start as we were not on site when we asked for the quote. He has been professional and helpful throughout, walked us through the process and took the time to explain things and make sure we knew what was going on. Really personable and friendly. He even helped us carry some moving in boxes from our van. Absolute legend. Highly recommend.

Superb service from start to finish. He arrived when he said he would. He took care of my property whilst he worked and engaged in conversation with me throughout on the lock mechanism. He was very informative and courteous. The cost of the work was in my opinion very reasonable for the call-out and time spent working. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Honestly, Peter saved a lot of stress and worry. Handle on our door just stopped working. One phone call and he came straight out, sorted out the problem and was genuinely so nice throughout his time at our home. Came away with complete confidence, very happy with the price too! Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need like we were.
