Worst experience ever. This place dosent even deserve a star.We booked a pitch well in advance and had email correspondence to confirm this. Only for us to be told on the day that the pitch had been double booked. They called the manager Sam and asked him about this and he chose a team who plays there regularly with no booking evidence to Thier name and told us to leave the premises and that we would get a refund of our money, instead of offering us an alternative they tried to charge us for using Thier indoor pitch. This is downright favouritism for the managers point as he favoured the people he knows which is a real shame to the business as it not only stops people from booking which is revenue for the business but also tarnishes the reputation of the Grange leisure. Personally I feel the managers behaviour towards customers needs investigating by senior management as this has clearly happened multiple times and is unacceptable. The manager Sam has let his authority get the better of him by thinking he can do anything due to his role without putting the customer first (fundamental to any business).
