I called the firm today with a view to potentially using them for an upcoming hearing. The lady who answered the telephone was extremely rude. Once I said I wasnt an existing client, She just said We are not taking new clients at the moment and hung up without me even getting chance to speak. Her tone was dreadful. She didnt even say goodbye or anything before hanging up the phone. I truly hope that their solicitors are better than their administration staff.
