I would like to whole heartedly thank Bower & Bailey for once again making the conveyancing process so seamless. Whether I have bought or sold a property I have used their services and have always been grateful for doing so. Extraordinarily slow to respond, even after continually chasing by phone and email. When I managed to speak on the phone to the acting solicitor, I was repeatedly given the same excuses and that hed get on to the case shortly, but weeks and months would pass without any progress.

I was very lucky to have Daniel Hannam acting for me when I put my property on the market and started looking for a new home last summer. The sale proved to be quite a complex one, and the purchase took place during a turbulent time for the whole property market. So I was extremely glad to have Daniels 25 years of experience on my side. Thanks to him and his team I felt completely safe taking his advice and as a result I felt quietly confident that everything would eventually go through (it did). His manner is friendly and relaxed and hes extremely good at explaining everything you need to know. Hes also ruthlessly efficient without making you feel rushed. Thats quite a skill ! I wouldnt hesitate to call on his services again. An all round gent. Thank you Bower Baileyand especially Daniel.
