        Service is very poor for a such a reputable company. You spend so much money for a good service and we got the complete opposite they messed up on surgury and appointment dates 4 times, once or twice you can understand errors happen but 4 times was ridiculous -especially when you arrange for time off work for recovery, transport and childcare just to be messed around multiple times. Weve ended up being refunded the deposit now but definitely would not recommend based on what we saw.

        Wow. Seamless from start to finish. I was in very safe hands, felt comfortable and confident. The procedure was amazingly quick and my vision is better than 20/20 going from wearing glasses every waking minute for both distance and using computers etc. Finance was easy to arrange with 10 interest free payments. I know around 5 other people who have all gone with Optical Express and all had positive experiences. I just wish Id had it done sooner! Thank you Optical Express.
