My Experience of A Plan is always 5 star- have been a customer for over 10 years. One year I tried a compare style site- never again- slightly cheaper but when I had a claim I couldnt get hold of anyone. This year we had a hit and run accident and Tom of the A Plan claims department went above and beyond to help My husband and I through the claim. Today I spoke to Lewis Hands who talked me through our house insurance renewal with a good balance of professionalism and humour. A great price as always. Dont go anywhere else - use A Plan
