Worst Packing, Delivery, Rude Behaviour on Phone Terrible experience yesterday Bad packing or pathetic delivery I don't know, they delivered the curry as shown in the photographs. I called them up immediately as there is not any curry left in the packed bowl to eat, after a long argument they said they will send another curry, which turned out to be a lie. And I called back and they said in such situation they have a policy to give discount on next order. Then today I genuinely called to order as their food is good. And the guy who is on the phone rudely cut the call. I request people who are ordering food here to consider this can happen to anyone!!

Missing items of the order again and refused to refund us and wanted to redeliver the items after waiting an hour and a half for the original order very poor customer service

Ordered for 19.15 arrived at 18.20. Normally not a problem but in midst of seeing to kids! Food was cold...suprising 'cos delivery was to Oxford Road. Chicken was overcooked and dry with an unpleasant taste. Chicken Tikka Massala had an odd after taste. Would not recommend or order here again. Avoid!!
