Negative ratingUNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE 1star as this was the lowest possible. Staff management very bad . Highly ill- mannered and rude person who handles the calls . Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the man who took the call. (9:45 approx, on 10th April,23) He cancelled our order purposely when I told him the baby is waiting for the food.. he said I dont care I am cancelling your orderjust because we called and said please give some onions and chutney (when we were ready to pay as well) with the food we have ordered.., but he was super rude. After he cancelled our order my husband placed another order for 28 adding the chutney and salad in the bill but he still kept us waiting for 20 mins and then Cancelled again. This is a serious matter Will email separately for the complain as this is ridiculous.
