Maddy Boardman at Old town hypnotherapy made me feel at ease from the first session. She listened to the challenges I had been facing with chronic insomnia for many years and explained how the brain works and how I could overcome my sleep problem. I felt confident Maddy could help me and within a couple of sessions my insomnia was nonexistent! I just cant thank Maddy enough for all of her help and advice

I had tried hypnotherapy many years ago for fear of flying and it worked really well. I booked into see Laura Rawlings at Old Town Hynotherapy for a different issue and her approach was friendly and informative and she made me feel at ease immediately. After ten sessions I have made great progress and although I am definitely a work in progress still, undoubtedly I would not have made the improvements I have and gained much needed insight without Laura's support. Thank you Laura and I recommend you highly.
