Bought an item which was ok,bought a second one which was faulty this company then ignored me completely, wouldn't reply to emails etc.terrible customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend them

I ordered a sandwich toaster through Amazon but it actually comes from Unibos. Sandwich toaster was sent back due to unacceptable it had a plug that you are to plug into a cigarette lighter . Had a email on 11th February 2023 from Amazon to say refund on way. No Refund has been received and it is now 7th March 2023 Amazon now passing the buck & say contact Unibos. Do not use them unless you want to be swindled out of 26! I wish I'd seen the reviews before,would not have touched them with a barge pole! There should be a way of stopping this company from still operating. I have learned a lesson the hard way, always check out firm before ordering.

To return an item they said it was 2.89 postage but after dropping off at Evri drop point they then with held 4.16, so they've been reported to the Action Fraud line.
