Would like to thank Chris, Jay and Miji for their hard work today. Arrived early. Very friendly. Just under 4hrs to clean the Flat and it looks great. Floors, skirting boards, cupboards, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, windows, blinds, walls, bathroom. A Magnificent job. Good value for money. Highly recommended this company Service: Moving-related cleaning

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS I booked a move clean approx two weeks before our house move for cleaners to come on completion day. I messaged to ask how many people, arrival time, how long, I received an arrival time of 09.30. The clean was due to happen the day after the bank holiday weekend. I emailed Thursday to confirm, the details, ask how many cleaners and for how long, no reply. I called and spoke to Peter who assured me he would return my call within the hour, no return call. I had one message to say they will be arriving at 8am. I called Friday, left messages, I called Saturday, left a message. I sent emails. 8am was too early as removal company was coming at 9. Monday night, (we are moving the next day), I received a short email to say cleaners would be with me the next morning, re-iterating that I had made the booking a long time ago. At this point I still have no idea what time, how many and for how long. It was agreed I would pay cash on the day. They did not want credit card or PayPal payment. Moving day came, the cleaners didnt. I received a call two hours after we had left the property from Florence who clearly didnt understand. I was told the cleaners would come the next day!!!! Madness! When I explained the situation, she then made an excuse that the woman who organises the cleaners felt ill. But this was not a good excuse, she never answered my questions fully from the start. She then said the situation happened because of Covid. Really? At no point was I told the cleaners werent coming. No email, call, nothing. I have email trail to show how polite and friendly I was and how evasive Rachel was. Avoid this company at all costs. Service: Moving-related cleaning
