        Awful customer service, booked a room on 5th of September for 25th and they sent an email saying is cancelled due the hotel closure just one day before my staying. Their website still taking bookings for 25th even they saying is closed. Unprofessional, stay away, plenty of better hotels in Swindon.

        Simply made a booking, but then had a change of circumstances so had to cancel the booking. I then requested a refund in good time according to the sale conditions. But this hotel is either hoarding guests' cash or staff are too inept to issue the refund. Will never be staying here whenever I'm in Swindon in the future. Stay away from here, terrible customer (or lack of) service
